Monthly Subscriptions: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all new monthly subscribers. If you're not satisfied within your first 7 days of subscription, contact us for a full refund.
Annual Subscriptions: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new annual subscribers. If you're not satisfied within your first 14 days of subscription, contact us for a full refund.
Switching Between Plans: Plan changes (such as switching from annual to monthly billing) will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Your existing plan will continue until its expiration date, and the new plan will begin automatically on your next billing date. No refunds are provided for unused time when switching plans.
Mid-Cycle Cancellations: If you cancel your subscription outside the money-back guarantee period, no pro-rated refunds will be provided for the remaining subscription period. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing cycle.
If you experience significant technical issues that prevent you from using Huddel's core features, and our support team cannot resolve the issue within 72 hours, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund regardless of how long you've been subscribed. Technical refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds will not be provided in the following circumstances:
All refund requests must be submitted to our support team and will be manually reviewed within 5-7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Refund processing time may vary by payment method and is subject to payment processor timelines. We reserve the right to request additional information to verify refund eligibility.

This refund policy is effective as of August 1, 2025 and applies to all new subscriptions. Changes to this policy will be communicated to existing subscribers via email.
